Don’t have the time to join a group session?

If the timings of group sessions don’t work for you, or if you’d prefer some one-on-one training to focus specifically on your goals, then my 121 sessions could be a good option for you.

It doesn’t matter if you’re an experienced runner who’s looking to improve or if you’re looking to begin your fitness journey - I offer something for everyone.

I also run sessions for up to three people - so if you’ve got friends or family who have similar goals to you, get in touch about a small group session.

What’s included?

All 121 sessions are tailored to meet your needs: so if you’re after a running coach, strength and conditioning techniques, skills to improve your general fitness, and much more, I’ve got you covered.

When and where are the sessions?

There’s no set time or location for 121 sessions - so whether it’s before the rest of the family begin their day, on lunchbreaks, at the side of a sports pitch while the kids/partner are at training, or come and have exclusive use of our small but well equipt gym, we’ll find a time that works around your diary.

How much do sessions cost?

Including a free initial consultation, sessions cost:

  • 1 hour: £50

  • 45 minutes: £40

  • 30 minutes: £25

Small group sessions are tailored to meet your collective needs - we can focus on running techniques, mobility, and strength and conditioning exercises.

When are where are the sessions?

You let me know when and where works best for you, and we’ll make it happen!

How much do sessions cost?

Including a free initial consultation, sessions cost:

For two people taking part in a session:

  • 1 hour: £40 per person

  • 45 minutes: £30 per person

For three people taking part in a session:

  • 1 hour: £35 per person

  • 45 minutes: £20 per person
