Everyone’s running needs are different - there really is no ‘one size fits all’.

That’s why I offer bespoke training packages that are fully tailored towards you and your goals.


Monthly training package and plan

After an initial consultation where I learn about your running background and needs, each month, I’ll develop a monthly training plan which is bespoke to you and your training goals.

You will also receive:

  • Unlimited support via WhatApp or email

  • Monitoring and feedback about your sessions

  • Nutritional advice

  • Race planning advice

  • A monthly ‘run and review’ session, so I can develop your next training plan.

Cost: £70 per month

Personalised one-off training plan for a specific event

After an initial consultation where I learn about your running background and needs, I’ll create a tailored 12-16 week training plan bespoke to you and your race goal. You will also receive a mid-plan meeting and review.

Cost: £50
