    From strength and condition classes, guided running training across Woodbury Common and fitness sessions for families, there’s something for everyone!

  • 121s & small groups

    All sessions are tailored to meet your needs: so if you’re after a running coach or strength and conditioning techniques, I’ve got you covered.

  • Kids & teens

    If you’re under 18 years old and you’re keen to improve your running or fitness, I can develop bespoke 121 and small group sessions to meet your needs.

  • Bespoke training plans

    After a consultation where I learn about your needs, I’ll develop a one-off plan or monthly training package which is bespoke to your goals.
