A dedicated 10 week course to help you understand how speed work can help improve your time for a 5k. Ideal for those who complete the 5k distance regularly and who would like to take the next steps to get faster. Each session will be time based so no one is too slow (or fast) for the sessions.
Typical session:
full active warm up and stretch
45 second faster run followed by a 30 second rest/recovery and regroup. repeat 12 times
full cool down and stretch
